Larry began his career in the HVAC industry in 1974 working for a local company until 1991 During this time Larry was involved in all facets of the industry estimating, selling, and managing and attended many training courses related to the HVAC and safety Industry.
In 1991 Larry was approached about a position opening at a large international Fortune 100 company with a branch based in Columbus, Ohio. After interviewing Larry was offered and accepted the job. Staring as a job foreman then to project manager, Service Supervisor finally as Service Branch (Columbus) Manager (with regular company provided training courses relating to service, sales, safety and people management) this position held responsibility for a 12-million-dollar operation managing over 50 employees with 43 service trucks serving over 500 customers. In 2012 after 20 years with this company and 9 years in this position Larry retired.
In 2012 After enjoying retirement for about 48 hours Larry accepted what was to be a short term job as an operations manager / estimator for a local piping contractor. After 7 years with this contractor Larry retired (again).
January of 2020 Larry accepted what is to be a slightly different career path as a training consultant with Mid-East CTC -Adult Education.
