To apply, click the link above and find the program of your choice. After applying, you will be able to upload your high school transcript (graduation date required) and any other required documents. 

After applying, go to to complete a FAFSA in order to determine your eligibility for Federal Title IV Financial Aid, including Pell Grants and Student Loans. Only programs 600 hours or more in length are eligible for Title IV Financial Aid.

Use this form to request a transcript from your high school to be sent to Mid-East Adult Education.
Physical form for the Health Occupations students for the 2022-2023 school year!
This form must be used when a student chooses to Opt-Out of purchasing the books or laptops from the school.
