Career & Academic Readiness Education

Are you looking to finish high school and/or improve your academic skills to get a better job or to get into college?

The Career & Academic Readiness Education (CARE) program at Mid-East Career and Technology Centers offers free classes, workshops and programs to help students prepare for the workforce. For some, obtaining a job includes completing high school, improving basic skills, and/or entering an adult certification program or college. All students go through a orientation process to identify their goals, strengths, and interests to prepare for a career.  While taking into consideration what in-demand occupations are available locally, our programs will help prepare you!

Our classes, with support from Aspire funding, help students meet their individual personal and professional goals. Let us help get you on your way!
