- Gainful Employment disclosure information - The U. S. Department of Education has decided to recended the Gainful Employment requirement effective July 1, 2020. In complying with the final rule, Mid-East CTC - Adult Education has chosen to implement Early Rescission of the Gainful Employment Rule effective July 2, 2019.
- Program Immunization Requirements
The Compliance Officer is responsible for coordination of the District’s efforts to comply with Title II, Title VI, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Federal Assisted Programs Act.
